Joe Firmin

Joe Firmin is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur with a passion for developing teams and driving growth. With a background in global business and strategy, he has managed eight-figure P&L businesses for a Fortune 100 company both domestically and internationally, as well as led a sales organization by developing and executing business strategies. He has also worked across multiple areas of compliance, including international trade, anti-boycott, and anti-corruption (FCPA) compliance while leading a foreign-based organization. During his time as the Country Manager for Georgia Pacific Tissue De México, he solidified his expertise in international business operations.

Firmin has also demonstrated his entrepreneurial aptitude by co-founding a real estate investment firm, True Freedom Capital LLC, and by owning his own product and brand management company, Firmin Industries LLC. Additionally, he has held executive positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC where he served as the Product & Brand Business Director for various categories and the Business Strategy & Consultant to the Inside Sales Organization. He is currently the Brand Quality Director for GP Professional at Georgia-Pacific LLC.

Firmin has pursued education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, EGADE Business School, Belmont Abbey College, and Harvard Extension School. His interests include executive leadership, strategic planning, business development, real estate, and international business operations. He enjoys sharing informal networking advice, guidance, and contacts with his peers and has a particular interest in driving branding efforts and developing new growth strategies.
