Sharon Foretia
Sharon Foretia is an accomplished Vice President on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team at BlackRock with a wealth of experience in human capital management. With her Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, she spent over nine years at Goldman Sachs where she cultivated her expertise in leading diversity and inclusion and learning and development programs. Sharon is a skilled project manager known for steering diversity and inclusion and leadership development initiatives across all levels of the organization. She believes in unlocking and maximizing the full potential of talent within organizations and fostering leadership accountability to create inclusive environments where every employee can thrive. Outside of work, Sharon is an adventurous traveler and an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a public service organization.
