Sharon Eilon is a seasoned Software executive with a rich background in Customer Service, bringing forth extensive experience in leadership roles such as Vice President, General Manager, and Director across various organizations.

In her career, Sharon has shouldered full P&L responsibilities for organizations with turnovers of up to $750 million, overseeing functions such as Sales, Delivery, Strategy, Support, Education, Alliances, Channels, and Development.

She excels in managing large, diverse, and multicultural teams of over 1000 members, focusing on areas like Strategy, GTM, Marketing, P&L Management, Sales Management, Pipeline development, Solution creation, portfolio management, and Team Building.

Sharon's expertise extends to areas such as Employee motivation, Diversity, Inclusion, Culture development, Software and Services negotiations, Methodology and implementation, Channel and Partner Strategies, DevOps, DevSecOps, BOTs, Analytics and big data, Cloud management, Data Center Automation and Management, Application Lifecycle Management, IT Service Management, IT Financial Management, AppDev, AI, and IOT.

Sharon's experience further includes roles like Vice President, Head of Worldwide Strategy & Solutions Software Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Director Americas at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Director AMS Cloud Services, Business Service Automation, and Management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Director Americas Business Service Management at HP Software.

Her career encompasses positions such as Director BSM and ALM at HP Software, Director of Consulting at Mercury, and VP Professional Services and Solutions at Enigma.
