Sharon Bart is an experienced property management professional with over 25 years of work experience. She has worked for both Private and Public sectors, for well-known companies such as M&R Holdings, Summit REIT, Greenwin Inc., Concert Properties, and Allied Properties REIT, among others. Her various senior positions throughout her career have given her an in-depth knowledge of the property management industry, including commercial and industrial rental property management.
Sharon holds two professional designations from the Real Estate Institute of Canada - Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Rental Property Manager (ARM). She is a recipient of REIC's CPM of the Year Award (2008), and has contributed significantly to helping the Toronto Chapter receive the Chapter of the Year Award consecutively.
In addition, she is also a past member of Toastmasters, a world leader in communication and leadership development. Sharon has been a contributing author to various trade journals and associations.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University.
