Sharon Abreu
Sharon Abreu is a versatile musician, singer, and environmental educator who advocates for the integration of arts and holistic education. Sharon has a Bachelor's degree in Music from New York University and is a trained singer and violinist, proficient in multiple genres like classical, jazz, folk, and Broadway. She has performed internationally and has played a significant role as a musician-in-residence at the Orcas Island Chamber Music Festival.
Sharon is committed to the development of society with a balanced, compassionate, and sustainable environment. Her works as Executive Director at Irthlingz Arts-Based Environmental Education 501(c)(3), and Member of the North American Association for Environmental Education demonstrate her commitment to environmental education. Sharon's goal is to integrate mind and heart, creating a connection and flow that has the potential to manifest in transformation to more stability in society. She has also worked as a Trainer, Coach, and Curriculum Instructor at The Connection Practice, and as a Green Alumni Network member, Graduate at New York University. As a teacher, Sharon is known for teaching singing from a holistic approach, with a focus on mind, body, and spirit.
