Shardul Desai

Shardul Desai is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational and professional background. He obtained his Doctor of Law (JD) and Master of Law (LLM) specializing in International and Comparative Law, as well as a Master of Arts (MA) in Political Science from Duke University School of Law. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics and Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.

Shardul Desai currently serves as a Partner at Holland & Knight LLP, a prominent law firm. Prior to his current role, he held the position of Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorneys Offices in the Western District of Pennsylvania. His previous experiences also include working as a Legal Associate at Hogan Lovells and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Raymond Gruender at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Additionally, he has professional experience as an Operations Research Analyst at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory in the Joint Warfare Analysis Department.
