He has also held the position of Director, BP Energy India Pvt Ltd, and was the Head of PowerGeneration and Offshore Operations in India, Middle East, and South Asia at Castrol. Additionally, Shantanu also held the role of Technical Services and Commissioning Manager at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited.
