Currently, Shannon is dedicated to driving stories and marketing experiences to support the next generation of financial technology.

Her expertise spans various industries including consumer technology, e-commerce, retail, pharmaceuticals, financial technology, and infrastructure.

Shannon's experience encompasses marketing communications projects like external media relations, internal communications planning, investor relations, brand reputation management, and vendor management across Canada, the US, and international markets.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Ottawa, and a Diploma in Public Relations, Magna Cum Laude, from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Shannon has held roles such as Marketing Manager at Veem, Communications Consultant, Executive Ghostwriter at Shannon Murphy, Freelance, Product Marketing Manager at NetSuite within Veem, Marketing Communications Specialist at Veem, and Marketing Communications Coordinator at Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC.

Prior to this, she was an Account Coordinator in Public Relations at FleishmanHillard HighRoad (FHR).
