Shannon Mosier

Shannon Mosier is a seasoned professional in the fintech industry, currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Iconic Finance, a digital banking platform aimed at democratizing wealth-building opportunities. In this role, Mosier oversees product management, design, engineering, compliance, and support teams, while also managing HR and finance functions. His leadership focuses on setting the company's vision and culture, as well as driving innovative solutions for customers.1

Prior to his role at Iconic Finance, Mosier co-founded Novi Money, where he successfully launched and scaled a financial planning education platform. His career also includes significant experience at Kiavi, where he held positions as Director of Product and Head of Business Operations, contributing to the company's growth in investment property loans. His earlier experience involves consulting roles at Parthenon-EY and Edgar, Dunn & Company, where he advised various clients in the fintech sector.1

Mosier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Psychology from William & Mary, along with an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.12
