His expertise lies in wind farm development and construction, wind analysis, wind project evaluation, market analysis, site identification, wind farm design, and more, with a proven track record of successfully bringing wind energy projects to financial close.

In 2012, Shane founded Torbellino to develop wind farms in Chile, followed by the establishment of Brightwind in 2014, a company aimed at assisting wind developers in enhancing decision-making processes and reducing financial risks during development.

Shane Martin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin and studies undertaken at St. Michaels College.
