Shane Dake

Shane Dake is a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Recruiter, with expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment management and executive hiring. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and later earned a Master of Fine Arts in Fine Arts from Pratt Institute. With a robust and diverse background, Shane has worked in numerous organizations and held various leadership roles throughout his career.

Prior to joining Cupertino Electric, Inc. as Senior Recruiter, Shane held several key positions such as the Recruiting Manager Us at Currie & Brown, Regional Recruiting Manager at Skanska, Executive Recruiter at Ledgent, and Regional Recruiting Manager at Cardinal Logistics Management. He has a history of accomplishments in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, as well as building and managing high-performing recruitment teams.

Before moving into corporate recruitment, Shane worked as an Associate Director of Recruiting at Pratt Institute and as an Executive Recruiter at Ajilon. He started his education at Capuchino High School and has since then been an active member of his alumni community.

With over 18 years of experience in recruiting, Shane is dedicated to finding the best talent for his employers and advancing their recruitment practices. He is a people-person who values relationship building and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
