Shane Brechmann

Shane Brechmann is a dynamic and versatile business leader with a passion for strategic planning and scalable execution. With a strong appreciation for the outdoors and an admission to having too many hobbies, Shane is a former D1 athlete who has studied both a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University and a Master's degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. As the founder and CEO of Topmost Ventures, Shane has dedicated himself to bringing his servant leadership style to the offices and boardrooms of organizations in which he serves. From being the Vice President of Experience - Partnerships at Startup Haven to finding himself at the helm of operations at Sofos, Shane's professional experience has been diverse and multi-faceted. He has also lent his expertise as a franchise owner at Pinot's Palette and as an advisor at One Sense. Furthermore, he served as the Vice President - VP of Startup Success at Newchip Accelerator and helped BFI Retail & Ecommerce to thrive as their Vice President of Operations & Customer Success (Acquired). With a range of work experience that includes stints at The Venetian® I The Palazzo®, Resort Hotel & Casino I Las Vegas Sands Corp., Shane has set himself apart as someone with the experience and know-how to help today's businesses thrive in a dynamic and complex marketplace.
