Prior to her tenure at Aledade, Shalini worked as a Senior Associate and an Associate at Oxeon Partners, showcasing her expertise in the healthcare industry.

Her experience also extends to research and marketing roles, having served as a Research Assistant at the Consumer Behavior and Decision Science Lab at Olin Business School and in marketing for the GT Nexus Product Line at Infor.
