Shaina Wasserman

Shaina Wasserman is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in Jewish Nonprofit Management and Education.

She holds a Masters Degree in Jewish Non Profit Management, a Masters Degree in Jewish Education, and a B.A. in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies.

Shaina's educational journey includes studying at prestigious institutions such as Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion-Los Angeles, Brandeis University, and The Hebrew University.

With a strong foundation in academia, Shaina Wasserman has built a successful career in various organizations, showcasing her leadership and community engagement skills.

Currently, Shaina serves as the Vice President of Communal Relations at J Street, a role where she undoubtedly contributes her expertise and knowledge to further the organization's mission.

Her prior experiences include holding positions such as Director of Rabbinic and Community Engagement, Northeast Regional Director, Project Manager, Education Director, and Educator at notable institutions like J Street, The Jewish Education Project, Congregation Beth Am, and Congregation Or Am.

Shaina Wasserman also dedicated her time as an Intern at Progressive Jewish Alliance and as a TOV Program Associate at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago, demonstrating her commitment to various aspects of the Jewish community and nonprofit sector.
