Shaima Alblooshi is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Enterprise Risk Management. She has over 4 years of diplomatic experience in the public sector and has honed her skills in consultancy, negotiations, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and strategy.

Complementing her professional expertise, Shaima holds a remarkable educational portfolio including a Master's in International Business and Emerging Markets with Distinction from The University of Edinburgh, a Master's in Diplomacy and International Relations from Emirates Diplomatic Academy, a Master of Arts in Civil and International Security from Khalifa University, a Bachelor's in International Politics from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's in African Studies from Penn State University.

Currently affiliated with Mubadala as an Associate, Shaima Alblooshi has previously worked with prestigious organizations such as EY-Parthenon and PwC Middle East in senior consultant roles. Her past roles include serving as a Senior Cultural Specialist and a Senior Economic Specialist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as well as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn State University.
