Shadi Hroub is a seasoned professional with 16 years of experience in design and communications, with a focus on branding and advertising for over 9 years.
Throughout his career, he has amassed over 23 international awards, highlighting his exceptional proficiency in creative direction, packaging, branding, and multimedia across traditional and digital platforms.
Shadi has held significant roles such as a professor in creative design at various American universities and as a creative consultant with renowned companies like Leo Burnett, Hilton Worldwide, Jordan Aviation, Royal Falcon, and many more.
He has also been actively involved with several international NGOs including UNRWA, Global Health Development, and USAID, showcasing his commitment to diverse projects and causes.
Shadi's expertise extends to judging prestigious awards like the Stevie Awards for Creative Communications & International Business Awards, Future Ideas Amsterdam, Adobe Achievements Awards, A' Design Awards, Vega Digital Awards and Global Trend Awards where he evaluated campaigns of major brands like DHL, Nivea, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, BBC, Jaguar, eBay, Sony Pictures, Nike, among others.
Currently, Shadi holds the position of Sr. Creative Director and Creative Partner at Gate10, overseeing marketing initiatives in Oman and serving as the Chair of the Media Awards Judging Committee for the Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
His educational background includes a Master's degree in Design with an outstanding GPA of 3.97 out of 4 from Middle East University, a BSc in Graphic Design from Philadelphia University, and completion of a UNESCO Media and Information Literacy Course at Athabasca University.
