Seth Gurgel

Seth Gurgel is a public interest lawyer and sustainability professional with a diverse background in academic, administrative, and project management roles within the public interest and human rights sectors.

He has a strong expertise in creating innovative legal and supply chain strategies that engage various stakeholders at local and transnational levels, collaborating with prestigious institutions such as top law schools, research organizations, non-profits, law firms, and multinational corporations.

Seth holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from New York University School of Law, a Master of Education (M. Ed.) degree in Education from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Political Science from Marquette University.

Currently, Seth Gurgel serves as the Sustainable Materials & Policy Lead at Apple, where he contributes his knowledge and experience towards sustainability initiatives and policies.
