Diana Amato

Diana Amato is a professional with over 20 years of national and international experience dedicated to empowering young people and communities.

She holds a diverse educational background, including a Foundation Course in Prince2 Project Management, a Diploma focusing on case management for young people in education and training from the University of London, a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from the National Institute of Organisation Dynamics Australia, and psychology units from Swinburne University of Technology among others.

Diana has a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Affairs from RMIT University.

Her professional journey includes roles such as Non-Executive Director at Sparkways and various senior positions at Moonee Valley City Council, including Senior Coordinator, Senior Team Leader, Neighbourhood Planner, and Team Leader for Youth Engagement and Partnerships.

She has also served as a Strategic Policy and Grants Manager at Brotherhood of St Laurence, Senior Policy Officer at the Department of Health and Human Services, and Coordinator for Sector Development & Policy at the Centre for Multicultural Youth.
