Serra Shular

Serra Shular is a highly experienced and passionate consumer researcher with over 20 years of experience in qualitative methodologies. She has worked with numerous industries including consumer packaged goods, financial services, beverage alcohol, and lottery and gaming. Serra has conducted research using various methodologies including digital immersions, workshops, ethnography, in-depth interviews, and traditional focus groups. She has used her exceptional skills to uncover insights that translate into actionable recommendations that benefit clients.

Serra joined Ipsos UU where she leads the team as Vice President. She previously worked as the Director at Ipsos UU, Vice President of Research Strategy Group, Senior Research Director of The Hazelton Group, and Senior Consultant of Solutions Research Group. She has a Certificate in Public Relations from Ryerson University and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto. Serra is also a member of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA) since 1998.
