Mindy Serin

Serin is a highly skilled digital media professional with extensive experience in social media strategy, front-end web design, UX testing and research methodologies, digital marketing, A/B testing, and design thinking. She earned a Certificate in Digital Media Management from Georgetown University, an MA in Political Management from George Washington University, as well as a BA in Sociology and Political Science from the University of California. She also pursued studies in UX Design at General Assembly. Serin has developed strong analytical and critical thinking skills that have allowed her to manage the end-to-end A/B testing process, analyze web, email, and social media trends, translate data into actionable insights, and create and present reports to senior staff and executives.
