Sergey Mirnov

Sergey Mirnov is an experienced professional with a diverse background in accounting, finance, and economics. He received Certified Professional Accountant and Financial Director qualifications from the Legal Non-Profit Partnership "The Chamber of Professional Accountants and Auditors" in St. Petersburg. Additionally, he studied economics and management at Moscow Commercial University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Corporate Finance at the Moscow Technological Institute.

Mirnov has held several significant positions throughout his career, including Chef Accountant at mining company GOLD "BAKARA" and jewelry production "VEKTOR-KOALL" and Head of the General Accounting Division at mining and metallurgical industry company "Mechel". He recently retired from his role as Chief Accountant at Highland Gold Mining Limited, where he was responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations.

Mirnov is also a former General Director and Chief Financial Officer at OJSC "Information and Computing Center of Housing and Communal Services g.Neryungri". He oversaw the financial management of several organizations, including budgeting, tax planning, and financial analysis.
