Ragheed CDir, a Chartered Director from The Institute of Directors, has an accomplished background as an executive and non-executive director. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) honors in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds, Ragheed has a diverse range of professional experience.

Ragheed has served as a Senior Advisor to the Board at National Holding, as well as holding executive positions such as Chairman at Brighton College Dubai and Chairman at Brighton College Abu Dhabi. He has also served as a Board Member at Baniyas Investment and Development Company L.L.C, and as Chairman at Dwight School Dubai. Ragheed's entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking capabilities have helped him establish a strong network of contacts and an outstanding reputation in the business world.

Ragheed's proven management skills include leadership, governance, strategy, and finance. His previous work experience includes roles as MD, Head of Investment Banking - Middle East & Africa at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Director, Head of Fixed Income - Middle East & Africa at Merrill Lynch. Ragheed has also been a Board Member at Abu Dhabi Investment House, Qalaa Holdings, and ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. He has founded and managed Paradigm Investment Banking Co and served as MD, Head of Global Markets - Latin America, CEE and MEA at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as well.
