Serge Piguet

Serge Piguet is a seasoned professional with a strong background in design and innovation. With a focus on human-centered design thinking, Serge has honed his expertise through a variety of educational and professional experiences, including completing a Design Sprint Masterclass at Design Sprint by Jack Knapp and studying Leading for Creativity and The Power of Purpose at IDEO U. He has also taken courses at NovoEd and the CRQP - Lausanne.

Serge has held multiple leadership positions, including his current role as Managing Director at STUDIO BANANA and his former positions as the founder and managing director of sE-ra - Etre au futur and the co-founder and president of We Start by sE-ra. He has also been a member of the committee at TEDxLausanne and served as the President of the organization. Additionally, Serge has worked as a Human Centered Design thinker and Training Manager at GENILEM and co-founded The Shared Brain.

Serge's professional interests and skills include design thinking, innovation, business development, and leadership. He has also worked in the fashion industry, with previous roles at Levi Strauss & Co GmbH and Freedom Store S.A. Outside of his professional work, Serge has been involved in the religious community as the founder and pastor of icf-genève.
