Seema Threja Kathuria

Seema Kathuria is a prominent board member at Skills for Chicagoland's Future, a public-private partnership that connects businesses with qualified job seekers. She has held this position since May 2018. Her work focuses on developing innovative workforce solutions aimed at addressing hiring needs in the Chicago area, contributing to the placement of over 9,000 unemployed and underemployed individuals into jobs since the organization's inception in 2012.1

In addition to her role at Skills for Chicagoland's Future, Kathuria is the Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she advises CEOs and corporate boards on various strategic issues, including succession planning and sustainability.1 She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Purdue University.1
