Seema Kathuria

Seema Kathuria is a highly accomplished and experienced business leader with a diverse background in executive leadership, talent management, corporate communications, and corporate affairs. She serves as a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she is responsible for overseeing the Sustainability, Consumer, and Corporate Affairs practices. Seema has extensive knowledge and expertise in advising global Fortune 500 companies, private equity, and family-led businesses on transformative leadership issues such as CEO succession planning, board alignment, talent strategy, and next-generation CEO development.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Seema worked as a consultant at CSC, where she advised clients on M&A, growth strategy, turnaround strategy, channel management, portfolio planning, and operational improvement. Before that, she held marketing, sales, and strategy roles at Pfizer and Ford Motor Company.

Seema is an active member of several professional organizations and serves on the board of Skills for Chicagoland's Future, the Women's Board of Brookfield Zoo, and the Service Club of Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Purdue University and her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
