Sebastien Wickert

Sebastien Wickert is the Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation at Colas USA.13 He is based in the Greater Los Angeles area.14 Wickert is responsible for implementing Colas' digital transformation and finding and testing new innovations and solutions.1 He ensures collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and identify potential disruptions to Colas.1 He also recommends and implements strategies to solve operational challenges and generate new business.1
