Sebastian Ibarra

Sebastian Ibarra is a seasoned professional with a broad range of experience in the area of global benefits and finance. He holds multiple degrees, including BA Business, BA Finance, and a Minor in Insurance and Mathematics from Universidad San Francisco de Quito. He has also studied Finance, Actuarial Science, and Entrepreneurship at The University of Calgary. Additionally, Sebastian spent time studying Specialty Maths, Science, and Mathematics at Lycée La Condamine, where he earned a BAC Scientific (with honors).

Throughout his career, Sebastian has held positions at several prestigious organizations, including Mercer, Aon Hewitt, and Actuaria Consultores Cía. Ltda. At Mercer, Sebastian serves as the Global Benefits Account Manager, where he utilizes his expertise to provide clients with exceptional service. His previous roles at Aon Hewitt include Senior International Consultant and Global Benefits Consultant within the Global Benefits Practice. Additionally, Sebastian has experience in events facilitation and academic assistance at the University of Calgary, as well as in sales and accounting internships.
