Sean Stephens is the CEO of Treefrog Inc., a digital transformation agency based in Newmarket, Ontario. His journey into the tech industry began unexpectedly while he was a musician; he started working as a computer repair technician to support himself. This experience, combined with early exposure to the Internet, led him to create an online art gallery during the nascent days of the .com era.1

Early Beginnings:: Sean co-founded Treefrog Interactive after a chance meeting with its owner. Initially focused on programming, he quickly adapted to the rapidly evolving web technologies of the time. He became proficient in various programming languages and was instrumental in developing systems that managed thousands of websites.1

Transition to Leadership:: As Treefrog grew, Sean transitioned from a technical role to leadership, guiding the company through significant growth since he took over as CEO in 2001. Under his leadership, Treefrog has received numerous awards for innovation and business excellence, including the Bell Technology Award for his work on the LEAP™ platform.12

Sean is not only focused on Treefrog but also invests in various web-related ventures globally.
