Sean (Hyunil) Sohn is a highly experienced professional with a diverse skill set spanning project finance, shipping finance, China NPL investment, and equity research. He is a native or professional speaker and writer of English, Korean, and Mandarin Chinese. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. Sohn's expertise includes project financing, syndicated loan market, equity analysis, valuation, legal and regulatory issues related to investments in China, and management of SME in China.

Previously, Sohn served as the Chief Financial Officer at PUBG Corporation and the Head Of Corporate Development at KRAFTON Inc. He is now the CEO at PUBG India and the Head of India Division at KRAFTON Inc. Before that, he held senior managerial positions at various institutions, including the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Shinhan Bank, Beijing Oriental Communication, Actoz Soft, and Mirae Asset Securities.
