Sean Henry is an award-winning Commercial Real Estate Multifamily Executive with over 20 years of experience in transactions and business development.

He has a strong track record in acquisitions, dispositions, brokerage, and joint venture negotiations, having brokered $6 billion, acquired $1.5 billion, and managed $750 million in equity.

Sean has extensive transaction experience, negotiating deals up to $260 million. He is well-versed in multi-family assets, acquisitions, dispositions, and dealing with various types of capital and developers.

In terms of business operations and P&L management, Sean has led teams of over 25 staff members and overseen office operations successfully.

He is widely respected in the industry, having built strong relationships with leaders in REITs, Pension Funds, Private Investment Funds, and both Foreign and Domestic Investment Managers and Developers.

As a mentor, Sean has played a pivotal role in guiding industry professionals by imparting knowledge, best practices, ethics, and professionalism.

His expertise extends to joint ventures and structured equity, where he excels in aligning the needs of all involved parties. Furthermore, Sean holds licenses in six states and is an FAA Licensed Pilot with an Instrument Rating.

He pursued a BBA in Finance with a focus on Real Estate at Georgia Southern University - College of Business Administration.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at Capstone Companies and has held key positions at Moran & Company, Apartment Realty Advisors, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, and General Investment & Development Companies.
