Chad DeFoor

Chad DeFoor is a real estate professional with extensive experience in the multifamily sector. He currently serves as a Managing Director for Capstone's multi-family investment sales team in Atlanta, specializing in the listing and sale of Class B and C assets for private and regional investors.1

Prior to his current role at Capstone Companies, Chad DeFoor held the position of Senior Director for Multifamily Sales at Franklin Street's Atlanta office.1 His career in commercial real estate spans over 20 years, during which he has developed expertise in multi-family asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and brokerage.12

Throughout his career, Chad has achieved significant milestones:

• He has sold over 35,000 apartment units with a total value exceeding $2.5 billion since 2011.1
• He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.12

Regarding his educational background, Chad DeFoor received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia, where he double majored in real estate and marketing. During his time at UGA, he was also a member of the track and field team, competing in the 400m dash and the 4x400m relay.1
