Sean Gill is a former Big 4 CPA with over 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry, consistently ranked in the top 10% globally for the past decade.

He is the owner of a Southern California-based firm, Conexus, specializing in recruiting professionals in Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, and other corporate roles across various industries, offering Executive Search, Direct Hire, and Interim Workforce solutions.

Having started his career as a CPA with Deloitte and Walt Disney Company, Sean transitioned into recruiting, where he has successfully completed over 1,000 searches in finance, accounting, audit, tax, HR, IT, compliance, and legal roles for a diverse client base including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and mid-cap organizations.

Sean's educational background includes a BA in Economics from Albion College, with previous experience at Deloitte, Walt Disney, and international exposure during his time in Moscow.
