Scott Weaver

Scott Weaver may have started his journey in the mountains of the northern California Sierras, but his path has led him to become an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate expert. Weaver's educational foundation was laid through his deep immersion in leadership and politics at West Point, alongside Rhodes and Marshals scholars. With that solid foundation, he has gone on to manage a multifaceted business, which includes being the President of Urban Leasing & Realty, which he founded alongside his wife. His real estate portfolio includes multifamily and commercial properties, while he also oversees construction and entrepreneurial collaborations. Prior to his success in the private sector, he served in the United States Army, rising to the rank of Captain. His expertise and focus have earned him recognition within the industry and position him as a competent partner capable of ushering new real estate projects to completion.
