Scott Thompson

Scott Thompson is a highly accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the digital and e-commerce realm. Throughout his career, he has held roles in various top-tier companies, such as PayPal, ShopRunner, and Yahoo!. Thompson has a strong background in computer science, earning both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the field from the Stonehill College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, respectively. Thompson's most notable appointment was as CEO of Yahoo! in 2012, where he was tasked with turning around the struggling company. Prior to that, Thompson served as President of PayPal, where he led the company through a period of rapid growth and innovation. In addition to his corporate experience, Thompson serves on the board of directors for several companies, including Fidelity National Information Services Inc. and eCommerce company, Zulily.
