Scott Stafford

Scott Stafford is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the President and CEO of Evolve Bank & Trust in Memphis, Tennessee, a pioneering bank with deep roots in Arkansas since 1925.

With a wealth of over 30 years of experience in finance, Stafford is leading Evolve towards innovative directions, particularly in tech-centered payment processing solutions, to facilitate seamless and efficient money movement and management.

Under Stafford's direction, Evolve has secured a prominent position in the financial landscape, excelling in commercial and mortgage banking, small business lending, equipment finance and leasing, and trust services.

Recognized for his outstanding leadership, Stafford was honored as a Power Player by Inside Memphis Business Magazine and earned the title of CEO of the Year in 2015. Prior to his role at Evolve, Stafford held key positions at National Bank of Commerce, a $20 billion regional bank now part of SunTrust Banks, and served as an investment banker at Duncan-Williams, Inc.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Scott Stafford has actively contributed to various non-profit and community organizations, including the Neighborhood Christian Center, Young Presidents' Organization, Presbyterian Day School, and Second Presbyterian Church.

Scott Stafford is an alumnus of the University of Alabama, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, majoring in Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management.
