With a history of starting and selling businesses, Scott's expertise lies in exit planning, value acceleration, and business strategy.

Having launched his first business at 17 and experienced his first 'exit' at 24, Scott joined his father's exit planning and M&A firm before acquiring the Exit Planning Institute. Under his leadership, EPI saw significant growth, introduced the Value Acceleration Methodology, and authored the award-winning book Walking to Destiny.

As an exited business owner, Scott is passionate about helping other business owners build substantial companies while aligning personal financial goals and purpose. Through EPI, he educates advisors to support owners in achieving success not only in business but also in their personal lives.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Scott is actively involved in the Northeast Ohio community, serving on various boards and having a background as a professional indoor soccer player and team owner in the Major Arena Soccer League. Scott's educational background includes studies at St. Edward High School and a focus on Horticulture, Landscape Contracting, and Construction at Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute.
