Charlotte Poynton

Charlotte Poynton is a Certified Communications and Change Leader with over five years of cross-departmental experience. She is a skilled communicator in both marketing and internal strategy communications. Charlotte has extensive internal experience in enterprise transformation, mergers & acquisitions, organizational restructures/design, redundancy programs, leadership transitions, and events management. She also has experience in people and budget management as she has managed a budget exceeding £1.25M. Charlotte is well-versed in fast-moving and high-pressure environments and is a qualified project and program manager with experience in Agile methodologies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (2:1) from the University of Durham. Charlotte is the Owner and Director of Change, Projects & Communications Consultant at Proto Consulting. Additionally, she formerly worked as Global Marketing Lead, Head of Operations, and Strategic Operations Lead for Cloudreach and as Technical Recruiter and Associate Recruiter for La Fosse Associates.
