As a sales leader, Scott Morin is known for developing successful revenue engines and building high-performing sales teams from the ground up, resulting in millions of dollars in repeatable sales.

His expertise extends to turning around struggling businesses, as evidenced by his turnaround of a 50-employee company from years of flat growth to profitability within two years.

Scott Morin's passion lies in helping business leaders succeed by sharing his experiences and implementing a world-class organizational operating system, particularly the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).

He discovered EOS through a Level 10 Meeting™ and became enamored with its structure and cadence, later becoming a Certified EOS Implementer® at EOS Worldwide.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Scott Morin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University and has studied at the Canadian Forces Language School.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at various organizations, including Bytown Ventures, Algonquin College, Differly Inc., 4Point, CloudLink Technologies, TITUS, TrialStat, Softchoice Corporation, Databeacon (Cognos), Quest Software, and GE Capital.
