After obtaining a B.S. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Curtis embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, co-founding ACIS - Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, Inc. as a partner and CFO. This experience provided him with firsthand knowledge of the obstacles entrepreneurs encounter and the determination required to overcome them. Curtis went on to establish StratiFi Partners, LLC, where he leveraged his skills and knowledge to help businesses optimize their operations and reach their full potential.

Curtis has also held executive positions at Holigan Investment Group, Ltd, Monarch Dental Corporation, and Silicon Display, Inc., where he served as CFO and Chief Accounting Officer. These roles allowed him to refine his financial management expertise and develop a keen understanding of the strategic decision-making process.

With his experience as a Controller at Baylor Health Care System and his time at Coopers & Lybrand as a Manager, Curtis honed his skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and business planning. These competencies give him a unique perspective when working with entrepreneurs to identify root causes, place the right people in key positions, and align teams toward common goals.
