He has built exceptional Technical Sales, Business Development, and Product Development organizations that have reached new customers in new markets, exceeded revenue targets and grown customer satisfaction. Mills is a specialist in solution architecture and engineering, market development, strategic planning, alliances and partnerships, product and go-to-market strategy development, process design, measurement and improvement, portfolio management, complex project planning, coordination and reporting, as well as hiring, mentoring, and retaining talent.

Mills holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and both an MA in Communication and a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Ball State University.
