Scott McNabb

Dr. Scott McNabb is a highly accomplished public health professional with over 13 years of experience at the Oklahoma State Health Department and a significant tenure at the U.S. CDC specializing in underdeveloped and underserved global settings.

During his time at CDC, he held various prestigious roles, including Director of the Division of Integrated Surveillance Systems and Services and Associate Director for Science at the Office for Surveillance, Epidemiology, and Laboratory Services.

Currently, he is a Research Professor at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health, where he leads the King Abdullah Fellowship Program and serves as the Principal Investigator for the Africa CDC Institute for Workforce Development.

In addition to his roles at Emory, he holds adjunct appointments at various institutions, including King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the University of Georgia's School of Public Health.
