Scott MacKenzie is a highly experienced product manager who has spent his career working to build a sustainable, clean-energy future. With a background in both clean energy and sustainable building design, he is a natural problem solver with a deep passion for developing technology-driven solutions to decarbonize our economy, eliminate waste streams and increase efficiencies.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of International Affairs in Energy and Environment from Columbia University - School of International and Public Affairs, Scott brings a unique blend of analytical skill and creative thinking to every project he works on. Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Senior Technical Product Manager at Nextracker Inc. and Senior Product Manager at AMS.
In addition to his leadership roles, Scott has also gained valuable experience as a researcher and program director, with a particular focus on climate change and sustainability. He has held research positions at UNEP/Earth Institute and Asia Society/Columbia Water Center and served as Program Director of ClimateInterpreter.org at Monterey Bay Aquarium.
Scott's extensive experience and deep expertise in clean energy, sustainability, and product management make him a sought-after thought leader and collaborator in his field.
