Special emphasis as a c6 are elections, educate the public, and events that advance the USA toward a mostly production economy based on export revenue, an Export Nation.
Includes trying to close human capital gaps in the USA by helping Swedish and Afrikaner persons to the USA, and employing Swiss in their exceptional development and capable service industries.

Make USA an Export Nation: Working on Broadcast Project for Lobbying's Next Phase

I completed a state paid training program that the state let me create, because creating export revenue resources was national priority.  The result was a 235-page strategic business operations plan, and a certification for creating export revenue.
Due to poor employment opportunity at that time, and the reasonable to say "impossible option" of funding a business plan however excellent it maybe, I wrote my first legislative White Paper to gain some experience with policy makers as a lobbyst since it's a key element in today's business and part of the Stategic Intent Business Plan I created.
From an initial 38-page Paper I got 4 bills in Oregon, 1 got to committee and it was ultimately stalled, it may actually still be collecting dust. It was for a IC-DISC to cut farmers & factories taxes on export revenue.  The largest segment was logistics investment to mitigate globalization challengers for our farmers, and would of created cost saving options for factories and transportation organizations. That got no traction so it was a 23-page Paper by the next legislative session.
And after a little more back and forth, I realized I needed public support to get any law passed.
So I asked this question at the Lake Oswego Library, ... "I need to put together video package, do you have some gear?" and got a referral to a TV Station where a producer and editor discussed the project, sent me home with ideas and instructions, ... and it's important I get this to the next level.   - Scott

Working as a lobbyist in USA is most likely result of the project I'm on.

Presented planning to Oregon Leadership and some Chinese Businesses.
The Chinese love Strategic Intent Planning and the Americans blew me off.
The Chinese set up 3 or 4 commission only deals, but wouldn't follow thru on
contractual paperwork as far as was needed.   It seems they were looking to
short change American suppliers thru my activity.
Established Chinese groups, habits and individuals you never want to work with.
Briefings give advice never to give the 'exclusive' agent deal to mainland Chinese,
and this experience is along that theme.

With no job prospects during the Obama Age I started volunteer lobbying, created my
first White Paper and got my first Bill.

On the planning, experience, and professional credential at this phase:
 This was about risk mitigation and revenue certainty.  I’m an older analytic driver personality with a mortgage, and a business professional credential.  So I may not be a flash of high profits, but it does provide the most stable revenue. It serves the consumer with a solid offering & it has revenue certainty.  Export revenue is historically a great stabilizer for organizations, and typically the cross cultural interaction inspires innovation. I maintain knowledge of markets with in-field reports and government certified briefings. I organize things in what I call “PROS” and “SHORTAGES”. There are 77 categories of proven revenue exporting out of or via Oregon, so far. These are “PROS”.

I created a self-study program, the State of Oregon subsidized me &it’s a certainty that I’m a solid resource now. Four Key Final Determinations from this:
1.An EMC is the critical gap in our export supply chain.
2.Lobbying has become a need for any successful business organization &Think Tanks (Rockefeller & Brookings) are advising policy makers to fund export resources.
3. A Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of re-investing earnings is critical.  This fact can trigger a directed lobbying effort in an unexpected instant, when something matches my program. My EMC-SIBP findings&determinations,9 Latin 'selected' markets safe to operate in, w/large growth potential, friendly to us& our products &where I can have ins. coverage.
My CSR is inspired by German foreign development policy, it unintentionally matches Mercy Corps. To be clear, I’m For Profit.
For example, children in 2014 were coming to the USA from Latin America, so I should go to work to connect Made in USA business goods & services to work to create jobs. It should slow a desperate evacuation trend like that.
Another of my 14 Findings,is that to be a successful catalyst for economic transformation you have to have a physical presence in a society.  
China is large in my EMC-SIBP due to Intellectual Property(IP)issues, employment concerns, environmental problems& a grey market that damages our Made in USA brand. So my program is to engage China w/as heavy a footprint as I can arrange, flood those markets w/our legitimate products &try to create solutions. 
As I get more resources I'll need a continuous &resourced lobbying presence.  Since I advance USA interests I should be successful?
4. The ebb flow of global commerce is to park money in the USA, like a savings account.  Outside of a classic EMC business model but I've a robust Fund Raising component that includes Maps! I've been a fund raiser for private business so it's comfy for me. Oregon has extreme economic gaps I hope I can help alleviate

Bonded in both Mortgages&Debt Counseling (2 separate Bonds), I-5 Office, Commercial Marketing Operations that included 4 Employees to make certain only Oregon homeowners were solicited because we had to pull out mailings to the 49 other states the computers would miss. 
Previous Description:  I obtained a huge amount of results but the intense push back by regulators against modification companies simply makes it not worth the effort or investment for legitimate businesses to establish in this space.  Actually did start a provider in Lake Oswego, Oregon, opening retail offices, bonding it, applying for Debt Counseling License, and allied with a mortgage network working in 5 states before pulling the plug on the operation.

Operated a positive operation, and put together an $850,000 turn-around plan with 5 long term residential rentals, 37 fully functional RV PADS and modernizing a lounge that had 308 code violations.  MBank refused to work with me in a real market way, later Rex Brittle would come out of retirement and the property would go to an investor team in Vancouver, WA for $275K instead of the $1.2MM loan they had on it.

I had bought an underwriting and instructive package called Lending Apps, and actually used it.  I even got a call I was the only known broker-originator to fund thru that system.
