Ken Hastings is a highly accomplished business leader with an extensive background in corporate development, investor relations, and finance. Ken currently serves as the head of Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and the PACCAR Foundation at PACCAR, where he represents the company to investors and advises executive leadership on strategy development, organizational leadership, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining PACCAR, Ken was a senior leader at Microsoft, where he sourced and negotiated acquisitions and joint ventures totaling over $3 billion. Ken also led the worldwide tax function at Hewitt Associates and served as an auditor and tax consultant for Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

With an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master's in Taxation from DePaul University, and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Ken's expertise includes finance, tax planning, and strategic planning.
