Scott Hughes

Scott Hughes is a highly accomplished professional with a background in architecture and civil engineering.

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and pursued his Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

With a wealth of experience in the field, Scott currently serves as a Principal at Silman, showcasing his leadership and expertise in structural engineering.

His passion for education and sharing knowledge has also seen him take up roles as a Guest Lecturer at Cornell University and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University GSAPP.

Prior to his current positions, Scott honed his skills as an Engineer at Bakke Kopp Ballou & McFarlin, demonstrating his commitment to the field of civil engineering.
