Scott Becker

Scott E. Becker joined Genesco Inc. as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary on October 23, 2019.12 He has over 25 years of in-house and private law firm experience.1 Prior to joining Genesco, Becker held various leadership positions at Nissan Group of North America and Latin America, including serving as a senior vice president responsible for legal, government affairs, finance, strategy, and administration.3

Becker's previous experience includes:

At Genesco, Becker leads and manages all legal matters for the company, including corporate governance, risk and dispute management, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. He also oversees real estate assets, internal audits, and corporate relations functions.1

Becker is an active member of the community, serving as a director on several Middle Tennessee non-profit agency boards.2
