Michelle Bushore, a highly accomplished legal executive, brings a wealth of experience to the real estate investment trust (REIT) industry. Before taking over as the EVP, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary at Realty Income Corporation, Bushore has held several significant leadership roles for some of the country's most renowned firms, including Caesars Entertainment, Inc., Monsanto, ServiceMaster, Latham & Watkins, Fulbright & Jaworski, and Cooley Godward.

Bushore holds an impressive educational background, which includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law, a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Ethics (Magna Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Arts in Letters (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Oklahoma.

During her time as a senior executive at Monsanto, Bushore served as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Vice President & Chief Legal Officer (Dual Role) for The Climate Corporation. Before that, she worked in ServiceMaster's M&A and Corporate & International departments and was an attorney at prestigious law firms such as Latham & Watkins and Fulbright & Jaworski.
