Scott Adams, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience across various disciplines, industries, and locations.

Currently serving as the Director of HR for Shea Homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, Scott has previously held roles in Retail as a Regional HR Manager for Target and Mervyn's.

With a broad geographic scope including multiple states, Scott's expertise spans Recruiting / Staffing, Employee Relations / Conflict Management, Training & Development, and Compensation / Benefits.

As a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of SHRM, Scott is bilingual in Spanish and has a rich multicultural background having lived in several countries.

Scott is a trained facilitator in various programs like Career Architect, Targeted Selection, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and The Speed of Trust among others.
