Sayward Morley

Sayward Morley is a dedicated and ambitious leader with a strong passion for special educational needs and driving change in education.

She holds a Certificate in Psychometric Testing, Assessment, and Access Arrangements (CPT3A) and a National Award for SEN Co-ordination (NASENCO) from Real Training at Middlesex University.

Her educational background includes a PGCE in Secondary Art & Design Education from UCL Institute of Education, a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and a Btec Diploma in Foundation Studies in Art & Design from Leeds College of Art.

Sayward Morley previously served as Assistant Headteacher & SENDCO at Netherhall Learning Campus and Director of SEND at The Rodillian Multi Academy Trust.

She also held positions such as Deputy Head of Centre with SENCO responsibilities at Southway KS3/4 Educational Provision, SENCO at Southway KS3/4 Educational Provision, and Intermediate Trainer at Team Teach Ltd.

Additionally, she has experience as a Management Committee Member and Curriculum Lead at Beachcroft School PRU, Assistant Programme Leader at Twickenham Academy, Joint Head of Art at Whitton School, and Artist-in-Residence at Nowgen.
