Sayahnika Basu

Dr. Sayahnika Basu is a highly qualified individual with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from Arizona State University. Her research interests primarily focus on Development Economics, Environmental Economics, and Applied Microeconomics. Dr. Basu has an extensive academic background with a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics from Jadavpur University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata.

Throughout her career, Dr. Basu has contributed significantly to various organizations. She currently holds the position of Postdoctoral Scholar at UC San Diego. Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant at The World Bank and the School of Politics and Global Studies at Arizona State University. Additionally, Dr. Basu has teaching experience, having served as an Instructor and Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University - W. P. Carey School of Business.
