Savas Kaya is an accomplished individual with a strong educational background in the field of Semiconductors and Microelectronics.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Semiconductor quantum wells and applications from Imperial College London, an MPhil in Semiconductors & Microelectronics from the University of Cambridge, and a BS in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
Currently, Savas Kaya serves as a Professor at Ohio University, School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Prior to this, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Glasgow.
With his extensive academic experience and expertise in the field, Savas Kaya is actively involved in research and teaching within the domain of EE&CS.
